Thursday Halo for MS halt and lame

Community Hall cloistered we push hard

it’s Physio and my word what a game

to feel brightly wild as the jungle pard.

Among old biddies I am the lone man

must all instruction carefully regard

use our limbs just as often as we can

in care we lazily over health retired.

All like Richard the Third but much less mean

a meaning from the cold worthless disbarred

school kids seeming strangely engaged and keen.

physical jerks he does but what a card?

These eager dogs controlled by stick or treat;

old age rumpus in the end we all meet.
